It would be priceless if the options for paygroups were limited to the union for a specific employee. We have multiple unions. A payroll timecard error was made when the paygroup was selected for the wrong union by mistake. This created a payroll nightmare as now contributions were allocated to both unions.
If the paygroups were limited to selections applicable only to the union they were created for, this would avoid an error that is easy to make when entering timecards. In other words, If employee "100" belongs to local 386, then paygroups that begin with "386xxx" would be the only paygroups available for selection for that employee.
(of course an overide "yes" could be created in the event an employee works in more than one union).
