It would be great if once a work order invoice is 'posted' the color on the dispatch board changes. Also, once it is paid it changes to another color. That makes it extremely easy to visually see what has been invoiced and what is still outstanding. The dispatching software I came from did this and it is a great visual tool.

It would also be great for the dispatcher to be able to see a visual color change when a technician has completed the job. ie. When Completed Date is updated.
This wouldn't be a "new" feature, as it used to be one. We just updated from Sage Master Builder to it's newest version Sage 100 Contractor. As a long time (from 2004) Sage Master Builder user I appreciate the additional features added, but miss this dropped feature most of all. The body of the work order shown on the dispatch board would change from brown to blue once the work order status was changed to completed. I relied on this feature all the time. This made it so easy to scroll through the days and see which work orders were complete and which were still active and needed billed or attended to to complete work. I am really surprised and very disappointed that this feature has been dropped by Sage. If the developers used it day to day in business surely it would not have been dropped. I'm not sure if external links are allowed here, but I will attempt to show a screen shot from Sage Master Builder V16.

I completely agree with the above suggestions. We absolutely need to have a feature for when the call is complete; either the tech or dispatch can put it in completed status and then the biller would know it is ready to be billed. This is one of our main issues not knowing if the work order has been completed or if it is holding for a reason. To set it in another color the biller would know exactly what she can bill without having to ask on each one. This would be amazing if you can have this added.
