Would like to be able to only see technicians on dispatch board for certain groups such as only residential or only commercial.
When a customer calls in the residential/commercial dispatcher could schedule while only looking at their technicians.

Yes!! This option is available in SSO but should be made available in Sage- would be a huge improvement for companies who have more than a few technicians and multiple dispatchers
