Automatically attach any email (generated at each print menu) that is sent through Sage to the appropriate attachment section. For example, if I directly email a PO out of the PO print screen, that email (not just the PDF) should be automatically attached to the PO itself. Same as an invoice, etc.

Of course, as mentioned here before, you need to allow us to provide an appropriate name for the PDF before opening up the email window!

  • Yes. I'm having to go back and attached a copy of my emailed pay apps to each pay app. If i miss it and post it I am unable to go back without having to void it and start over. (This is another issue, we need to be able to attached to voided and posted items)
