The 6-1-9 Budget Reports only include the original budget. As a contractor, we need to be able to have these reports include all of the Changes that have occurred since the budget was established. These 6-1-9 reports are essential to management as they provide the cost type detail that is not included in the 6-1-4 Job Summary Reports.

  • Dont run reports from 6-1-9, they are designed to read only from the original budget. You want to look at reports at menu 6-1-4 Job cost summaries. They show revised budgets (including change orders).

  • Thank you Charlene for clearing that up on which reports pull which data. Seems simple enough but now that points me in the right direction to figure out which are the best reports for us to use.

  • It would be great you could access the same reports that have budget + CO by cost code & cost type.

  • Really, you should be able to see Changes and Committed Costs in the Budgets 6-2. Reports add Changes as a separate number. The Budgets should have additional columns to show the Changes. It would also be nice to see the Committed Costs in the Budgets when PO/Contracts are written against a budget value. It would be a quick way to see if the user has properly processed work.
