When closed jobs are deleted at year end, the associated subaccounts created for the job, 1300 & 2600 are not deleted. This creates a situation where hundreds of old subaccounts are in the system and if anything is accidentally posted to them, there is no catch for it. There is no reason for the subaccounts to remain in the system once the associated jobs have been deleted. Currently, each subaccount has to be deleted manually, one at a time.
