Often we need to mass email a message to all current employees. It would be really nice to have a way to access current employees direct deposit email on file and create a message within sage to send out to all employees.

Have you tried using the old email format which accesses the employee database and then including yourself on the copy?
This is an absolute MUST!!! The fact that we can't access email for a mass staff email is ridiculous....As for the comment above, I have just started on Sage 100 so don't even know the "old format"
Sage: Please generate a way to send HR Letters (such as benefits eligibility correspondence) to employees with the email address in the payroll record. Use a selection criteria of the employee ID. Format the letter to pull the employee name, address, etc. Have the letter auto date as of today, Select the correspondence you wish to send, and email the letter.
Our company created a query for exactly this. Works great. Go to the employees screen, click the binoculars, and create a new query. Configure it to your liking, and voila. I run the query, and copy/paste into my email client.
Seriously?! The fact that users of Sage 100 Contractor need to even petition for better tools to communicate with employees, customers, vendors, etc. is simply a joke. Sage has been dormant way, way too long on this and other issues that have to do with communication and collaboration in today's business world. It's the year 2023 for heaven's sake!
