Cost codes with phase are not listed on the Cost to Complete - Cost to Date. Please add all cost codes and amount that encompass the COST TO DATE (this way the Cost To Complete, Cost to Date amount matches the actual Job Cost to Date.

Also, please add the option of updating "all" phases when updating the cost to complete.
