and not just Rejected as it allows us to create root cause analysis. For example, if we lost a job due to pricing or other reasons, we have no way to track that and differentiate it from Rejected a job because we cannot travel to the area it is being performed in.

I agree. We want to be able to track if a job was lost due to cost, decision to use another contractor, decided against doing the job at all, moved, etc.
