The offset is limited to -9.00, nothing less and also restricted to 2 decimal places unlike the Rate column that extend to 4 decimal places.

The offset field is limited to a value of -9.00; will not accept any number less than -9.00. This is a major problem for us because we use a negative value to offset healthcare on prevailing wages and with healthcare rates going up we need to be able to key larger negative numbers into that field. We've been doing this for years and we have 4 heavily coded crystal reports that depend on this value and calculation.
