Workers comp report needs to be a single line per employee's total for any length of period, and needs to included the following:
W/C code-name-Gross Wages Ot Wages-Sec 125 deductions-Net Wages (gross-Ot-125).
When you are trying to get information for a w/c auditor, this is what they need and what you are paying workers comp on.

yes, please subtract pre-tax medical & dental deductions as well as overtime/premium wages when calculating wages that are "subject" to worker's compensation.
Also need OT & DT separtated with totals
