In the old program you were able to select which employees by name that you would like removed when archiving the payroll for the year. In 20.3 version, you could only remove by status. We do not remove all of our laid off employees each year as it causes problems with job cost reports when an employee has been removed and was included on the report - then it would just show a blank.
