I became apprised today that in order to print my certified payroll reports for a project that spans payroll years I must open the archived payroll year to print prior year reports.

In order to maintain the integrity of the archived company data user access must be limited and supervised. That control is almost removed by forcing users to open an archived company to get certified reports.

Data integrity takes precedence over reporting.
