When running the quarterly payroll withholding reports Aatrix does not keep track of the payments made during the course of the quarter. You have to manually keep track of the payments and put them in the form manually. I understand that Sage does not have their own payroll but it might be easier if Sage did then it would keep track of everything and simplify payroll accounting, like it does for the jobs. It becomes very expense if you need to have different programs for everything you do and defeats the purpose of time management.
