The description cuts off after 25 characters even though there appears to be plenty of room remaining for a longer description. Apparently, it is a locked field so must be expanded by Sage developers. To prevent this problem, please also make the length of the Description field in the 3-2 Invoices match the length allowed in the 3-4-21 (and all other statements, such as the 3-4-23, etc etc).

Because the invoice description length doesn't match the statement description length, our project managers unwittingly make descriptions that are too long to fit on a statement, and then look unprofessional sending out statements that cut off descriptions to our clients. Sometimes they have to spend time explaining what invoices are unpaid.
