Sage 100 Contractor: The budget warnings to ignore the cost type & only look at job, phase & cost code

upgrade to V20, the budget warning pop-up when creating a PO, warns on the cost type.
We don't use the cost type for budget purpose only phase & costs code.
Can it be an option to warn when no budget by cost type.
I'd like that turned off please
