It seems that our Schedule of Values always needs to be edited after about our 4th progress billing. Would like an easy way to move gridlines around & insert space, grid information etc after a progress billing has been posted. Edit when it's open status.

I would also like the ability to delete gridlines that are no longer being utilized with an updated budget.
