I need more space to be added to description, invoice #, User define. There should be an option that lets you add more space, if need. Also adding a color to an area would be helpful, for example, I'm entering a invoice for subcontractor but the PM has not received approval to add yet but I need it in my invoice, Highlighting that area will tell me I have a change or something I need to do to that area. Setting an alert on invoices, credit cards, clients, customers, would really be nice, if you have to add something at a later date.
