I need a column for the name of the Location when looking up Service Orders or Service Invoices through the Client record. Currently I have to enter the name in the description field if a client has more than 1 property, such as a Property Manager. It uses up space that I would like to devote to the problem and resolution of the Service Order.

  • We also work with property management companies with a lot of locations. So, along with Location, I would like to be able to have a column for Client PO.

    Similarly, we put both the client po and location in the description field which makes more work for us (and increases the chances for mistakes) and a really long description field.
