We often have a list of 3rd party entities related to a job such as INSPECTOR, ENGINEER, ARCHITECT, LENDER, TITLE COMPANY, etc and don't believe they belong in the Client list or the Vendor List.
Having a standard list to link to projects, would be a time saver!
