If you highlight numbers in a grid, you should be able to see the sum of those number, just like in Excel. I've used other construction software programs that have these feature and its very helpful!

  • Yes, would like to add the hour cell up in excel. These are the hours for the job that has posted to the job. Yes I know you can go to an hours report but this included the all hours posted to the job & yes you can put in dates & hope it all work out how you need it. But the function is there to do an excel sheet so it would be helpful to add the hours up per man or by total hours without so much effort. its like options are there `but the follow through for these options aren't.

  • EDIT: the hours report shows all hours that have be entered on the job NOT yet posted....so if any have been mistakingly entered incorrectly they can be changed, etc. I did to be able to easily add the POSTED hours which shows on the cost report 6-1-2-48
