Allow multiple work orders open at a time. Anyone who works in the system would probably find it helpful to not have to close what they are in to pull up a different order.

It would be very helpful to be able to have more than 1 work order screen up at a time. Right now if you are working in a work order making notes and you get a call or a question and have to pull up another work order, you have to save and close the work order you are in, and sometimes I forget what I was working on last. If I could leave that work order open and open another work order screen at the same time, that would be helpful.

Absolutely this would be helpful
Our biller currently assists with creating new work orders that come in but in order to help she normally has to stop what she is doing on her bill and create a new work order, then back to her bill. Having this option to have multiple work orders up at a time would be so helpful.
