The posting period button should be larger and more visible. Having the button in the upper right hand corner in the middle of other buttons, makes it easy to over look.

Our fiscal year end is March 31. Posting period 1 is for April, which is confusing for new employees.

Would be nice to have the posting period as well as the month show.
Example posting period 8 = November 2017 (for our fiscal year)
