Not allowing us to delete phase 0 when setting up jobs leads to far too many mistakes. Users are constantly skipping the phase so sub audits, change orders, billings, RFI's, etc are not working as they should. IF we want to have a project specific phase, then allow us to create phase 0, but it should be an option by company. If (and only if) we have phases, the system should require a phase to be input on all job records before it will save.

We really want and need the phases to be combined in the budget like it is available to be combined by checking a box in the progress billing.
Or at least make an option to lock the phase so nothing can be posted to it.
If we uses phases, Zero is not going to be one of them since we cannot rename it. Lockout or Rename
