we would like to be able to add a pop up when we enter a customer to schedule service specifically to let our dispatchers know if we have an issue with servicing this customer such as non payment, difficult to work with, no longer want to service this customer but we want to keep them on file, they request a specific technician

Yes - something that the techs can easily see in SSO before they create a work order (they do this for after hours emergency calls).
