When printing or saving any document the save button clears the window and then you have to use the recall button or go and find whatever you were doing. When you click on the print button before saving a dialog box pops up and requires you to save. Then the document saves, clears and the print dialog opens, but it is blank. If you are not paying attention, you will inadvertently print or email every single AR invoice for example. This is not a good thing. Anytime the save function is used, whatever document you are using should remain open and editable or it should automatically load that specific document to print or email. Just about every other program we have ever used does this. When you click the save print button in MS word, it lets you print without saving, but it prints the current document you are working on.
