It'd be nice to be able to print the Email List for the Direct Deposit Paystubs. I need to know who didn't get their pay-stub emailed to them. I print off all fo the paystubs for the file and then I make copies of the employees who don't want their paystubs emailed to them and then I mail them their paystub. I always hit print screen to save an image of the list when Sage lists the email addresses it's sending pay-stubs to and then save it in Word, so I can refer to it later when I have the printed paystubs and I need to determine who still needs their pay-stub. Also changing the order of this process would be nice. It would be nice to be able to print direct deposit slips, then email them. Rather than having to wait for each one to email out, then wait for them to print, it'd e nice to start emailing them while they are printing. It'd also be nice to be able to review them (in printed form) before emailing them, which obviously I can preview them, then email, then print, and then double check everything, which isn't very efficient. If I could print them, then email them, I wouldn't need to be able to print the email list, because I'd just flip through the printed pay-stubs as I go through the list of emails that'll be sent out, separate out the paystubs that I'd need to make a copy of to mail to employees without email and then email them out.

  • I modified my Direct Deposit stub to print out the Direct Deposit E-mail at the top of the form. This way when I sort out the printed stubs, I can easily sort the one that were e-mailed. The stubs with no e-mail address at the top are the ones that need to be mailed.

  • It would be nice if it gave the number of emails to be sent so that you can verify with the number of direct deposits to be processed and make sure that they match.

  • I agree that we should be able to print a list of employees who received their paystub via email. I also think that the paystubs should only print for those employees who elected "not" to have their paystub sent via email. We already have the direct deposit report which has all the employees included on this report so I think it is a waste of time and paper to print all of them.
