Sage needs to work on updating the Tax Tables to make it more user friendly. It takes way too many steps and time to update the tax tables using the Data Base administrator. This needs to be tied in the regular programs without going to the Data Base Manager and the steps need to be reduced.
There were too many errors and problems in converting, and when using my IT individual, it took over 8 hours to convert. Errors were with attachments to various files and had to be corrected with administrator rights.
You need more staff on line, it took over 6 hours for a response from your online and technical support, especially when you need to get payroll done in a short period.

You do not update tax tables from the Database Administrator. They are included in software updates that you must install on the server first, and then workstations. Only sometimes do you then need to also upgrade the company databases. Many software updates do not require this step.
