• When we enter a new job in 3-5, we use the "Short Name" field to add the characters. For our company, this is the Letter(s) corresponding to the Project Manager assigned the project. (ex: Job# 20224 has a job name of XYZ job and in the Short Name we have: 20224B so we know "Bob" is the PM.)
