This issue affects ALL of your customers that do public works projects in California and use Aatrix to submit certified payroll to the DIR - which is required by law - so WHY are you NOT listening to your customers? WHY have you not fixed this??
The exact same thing that I'm complaining about was suggested OVER 1 YEAR ago, and it still has not been fixed - that being the fact that SO MANY fields DO NOT AUTO-POPULATE in Aatrix from Sage, and they should. Simple things such as our license number. The contractor license type. The project DIR number. Contract with. Awarding body ID. Awarding body project number. Contractor email address. Contractor PWCR number. The project address. DLSE project ID number. Work comp policy number.
Seriously - does anyone at Sage even know HOW the California A-1-131 Report works?? Do you even know what information is REQUIRED on this report? Has anyone at Sage even LOOKED at it?? I was told that you DO look at these suggestions. So what happens after that? Nothing it would seem. Good grief.
Will you get someone assigned to fix this already? PLEASE? We've all been patient loooong enough!

I have a colleague who wrote an add-on that will produce the file in xml format to upload to the CA DIR. Please contact CFO on the Go for more information.
I was going to suggest the same thing. I've been using Sage (Master Builder) since Master Builder 3. Before the Aatrix reports were introduced all the information you needed was on the report!!!
Looks like it has been over a year ago that this request was made and the report is not updated to auto-populate with this basic information. Aatrix says it this change needs to come from Sage. Please fix this ASAP
