There should be a warning that alerts the user if the progress billing is higher than the contract (plus any change orders) to avoid either overbilling or not entering a change order correctly.

yes if an invoice is saved & it bring the total billing over the contract amount entered and a warning if a job gets closed but the total contract amount has not been invoiced or if an additional job (3-5) gets entered with the same PO# listed on that screen.
