Because the pdf printer gets corrupted sometimes by windows updates I never relay solely on the pdf file being created as my only bank reconciliation documentation. I always print to paper to put with the bank statement BEFORE i final save. If the pdf fails, you then have the printed copy to scan and put with your other digital files. Your other options are to print to a pdf printer that isn't the Sage pdf printer before you final save.
