The Attachments and other folders are set to Everyone “full control” security permissions.
Anyone on the network can browse these folders and look at the files. There is no security.
This seems like a HUGE security risk

Yes i can lock it down but the bigger issue is the installer creates all of these shares and folders. Sage is exposing the security risk with their installer. It needs to be escalated as a security risk.

• When adding an attachment, I check the box "protect this file from being changed". However, if I return to the file, it allows me (or any other user) to remove the attachment. We are trying to go paperless and need to be sure all the attachments we add will be there in the future.
