Change orders should be return to being editable after being saved as it was in version 19. The only way to edit in the new version is to copy, delete, paste and then make changes. If this was meant to be an "improvement" it's a total backfire. Editing needs to be made frequently to the prime and, even more often, to the budget/subcontractor tab items. Get back on track and make tasks easier, not harder.

It worked for me, I could change it and save it and return it the way it was before. I did not have to copy, delete, save, etc.
