Some clients want to be able to bill for multiple work orders on a single invoice. Their is currently no way to combine work orders into a single invoice. I have several clients who would benefit from this feature.
They want to be able to consolidate work order billing for their customers and send them one invoice with all work orders completed for the month instead of sending a separate invoice for each work order.

  • Our clients REQUIRE that we invoice on a single invoice. PLEASE consider including this functionality. I'm sure there are many others who would find this helpful. The author of this request stated that he has "several clients" who would benefit. 12 Votes is likely not a fair representation of those looking for this functionality.

  • After a year of waiting for this I couldn't wait any longer and developed my own solution for this.

  • I wrote an application which allows the user to select Work Orders by Job, Client, or PO and Date Range. The selected Work orders are added to a single invoice and the Work order record is updated with the invoice number. The application also allows you to void and reprint invoices and to print a customer statement. email me at sgarland@erpconsultingpro.com for a demo.

  • Stephen's application was great, until we replaced our server. Anyone else out there familiar with Crystal Reports? This is how the original application was created. Unfortunately, I cannot reach Stephan G either by phone or email to see if he can fix. Would love to know if anyone else have a work around.
