3-9 Unitary Billing, Update Quantities from Daily Field Reports has no cut-off function. This means invoices have to be prepared before any daily reports are entered for the next billing cycle.

Example: You need to bill a job thru 2018-04-30, but it is 2018-05-02, and your field employees have already completed the 2018-05-01 daily field report. If you use the Update Total Quantities from Daily Field Report, it will include 2018-05-01 quantities.
