Sage 100 in need of a tolerance setting per cost code so that when we have a supplier with six different cost codes, that we can set a tolerance for $1K over for frame material as acceptable, but no overage on siding or roofing material is allowed, but then maybe 5% overage on Interior trim and any other cost codes. This is all one vendor for us that has no PO or subcontracts as defined by Sage.

It would be used to help keep a tighter control on costs.

You can set a tolerance per budget, but we are in need of it to control certain material packages with different cost codes with in the same supplier.
