Can we make certain gl accounts not subject to discounts on ap invoice entry

I would like freight not to be discounted and I like putting freight on an invoice entry line so I can control how it is job costed.

A client complained about this yesterday. They take advantage of cash discounts on AP invoices, but the discount amount is always wrong, because they are not allowed to take discount on freight amount
