We often send our laborers to training sessions for which they are paid. Since it is not actual work labor (higher workmans comp costs) it would be beneficial to be able to charge a Training account - right now I use it as sick time but make sure it does not subtract from sick pay earned - a little bit labor intensive.

Agreed! Specifically, it would be nice simply to be able to create and designate time as different pay types like this, that do not have to have the 'track-against-a-periodic-limit' mechanism (like Sick Pay). We have several: Training, Bereavement, Jury Duty ...

At least something like "Administrative leave" that would encapsulate a lot of the things listed above.
