As a construction company, our employees have multiple hire dates. There should be a way of complete employment history tracking. Having to manually open each archive year is very cumbersome

  • I completely agree. Definitely need to be able to easily track this.

  • I work for a construction company and I use the notes in each employee to show the hire and rehire dates so I wouldn't have to open up archive years.

  • I work for a construction company as well and I use the notes section. I wish there was a "Hire/Term History" button on the bottom of 5-2-1 next to "Raise History". I like how Sage automatically updates the "Raise History" when the pay rate is changed on the Compansation tab. It would be nice if they did the same for hire and termination dates.

  • Yes!! I love the idea for a Hire/Term History. We have a ton of rehires as well in our construction business. I currently use the notes section too, but a history would be amazing! Especially with ACA reporting, we need to be able to easily pull a report that shows the org DOH, Org Term, Rehire, etc.
