You should add a paycheck calculator so that you could run a mock paycheck for an individual employee without going through all of the payroll steps (followed by voided everything). This would allow you to more easily calculate how changes in deductions would affect the net check amount. For instance, an employee wonders how changing their retirement deduction would affect their check. Instead of doing all of the payroll steps, you could just pull up the employee in the calculator function, it would default to the current deductions, change the one deduction amount, hit "calculate" and then see the net amount immediately.
