Project managers are often left responsible to enter job details, but the administrative staff are the ones who need them. It wastes a lot of time when the information isn't there.

The mandatory fields option is excellent, but at different times during the job lifecycle, there are different pieces of information that the job needs. It would be an AMAZING feature if we could make certain fields mandatory based on status.

  • Yes! We have the same issue. Bid status jobs may never need updated information if the job is not awarded or doesn't move forward but if a job is changed to "current" without updated information it skews all of our reporting. This would be a very beneficial update.
