The company has a number of contingency items they must invoice for through AIA billing. Because their work process does not allow for the addition of change orders, they need the ability to add rows for these contingency items in the middle of an existing 3-7 Progress Billing application. The current version of the program (21.1.111) does not allow for this as the user will receive the message "Inserting rows is not allowed in this grid".

• This would be extremely beneficial to the user. We often have to change Schedule of Values on the 3-7 Progress Billing application and the only way to do that now is to copy and past to the bottom and type over a line which leaves too much opportunity for error.
