Our company's part database contains over 3200 items. While the wildcard search isn't bad, it would be nice to have an advanced search, for example find parts that "Contain X or Y" AND "Cost Code > Z"

• you can use a query to create multiple options of "description contains"
  
  it doesn't work in the lookup window, but you can do it right on the parts database

• Response to Jenna Y., I think it would be valuable to have this right in the lookup window, and be able to insert the part, but thanks for the tip! I’ll experiment with that.
