Sometimes when finishing a record, people are in a hurry and click the print button without saving. In most windows, this prompts the user to save the record, but then the system defaults to a new (blank) record, then the print records screen appears without the desired record populating the report fields.

This causes the user to close the print records window and recall the record they were working on if they didn't memorize the record they were working on. Basically, this wastes a lot of extra time because the user forgot to save before clicking print. If the user forgets to save, it should automatically save the record, recall that record, THEN bring up the print window so all relevant filters are populated with the current record's information.
