When Printing or Exporting a Report to pdf, docx or xlsx the system default is C:\Sage100Con\Company\[Company Name]\Files\Reports. I would like to be able to specify a different folder which can have domain security settings applied.
The default folder has full access granted to all users which is inherited from SAGE100CON. Changing access rights causes problems for users without rights to the folder. Granting full access allows all users to view documents in the folder. Some documents are sensitive and confidential and should have restricted access.
I would like to have all documents default to a different path and apply domain security rights and restrictions to that folder and different sub-folders within it.

• I don't have security issues, but I make it easier to save to individual folders by putting shortcuts to all folders into the default REPORTS folder. Then depending on where I want to save the file, I double click the appropriate shortcut.
