A handy feature for the dispatch board and appointments would be for the system to create and email an Outlook calendar file attachment to customers and technicians. This would allow them to easily add the appointment and set reminders.
As it stands, emailing out of the dispatch board doesn’t really get used that much, as only basic information can get sent and it is not in an appealing format. It would also be nice to be able to choose a work order report that gets emailed instead of a few fields.
