We preform a lot of "Phase" work and are billing and paid by phase percentage of completion. It makes so much sense to have "Phase" sort criteria added to the following reports:

Purchase Order Audit 6-6-3-51 by phase
Subcontract Audit 6-7-4-41 by phase
AR Invoice Aging 3-1-3-26 by phase
AP Invoice Aging 4-1-3-26 by phase
Over/Under Billing 6-1-7-21 by Phase

Of course there are many others but I think these would be a great start. If someone knows how to generate these reports without exporting to Excel and performing extensive editing please share. Please lets get this done already. Been waiting years and years for this "sort" option.

  • We really want and need the phases to be combined in the budget like it is available to be combined by checking a box in the progress billing.

  • Report 3-10-8 should have the option for printing by phases.

  • We would like to be able to also run the 6-1-1-31 by phase as well.
