We should be able to reprint a certified payroll report after a rate change and have the original rate calculations show on the CPR instead of the report changing calculations to the new rate. This makes it appear as if the historical data has changed. This would be helpful if a correction is made to a payroll record and the report is uploaded to a payroll reporting system, or if a report has to be manually entered to a payroll reporting system. Either way, having everyone's correct information on the corrected report would make like easier for reporting and audit purposes.

IT should pull from history actually paid and not from current paygroup information which has been changed.
Create a pdf of anything you need history of. Sage cannot store that information for you.
