When entering a PO, I want Sage to tell me how much quantity is available in a pop up within the PO. As I create the list of material I need, the PO should know how much we need to pull from Inventory and how much to order. Therefore, the PO would create a "pick list" (of materials already in stock) and the PO (for items needed, also maybe a quantity suggestion) within the same entry.

YES! There's doesn't seem to be a report that tells you the remaining balance of your PO.
